RSVP and extension requests close on Wednesday, 5 August 2026.
Tickets will be issued by 10 August 2026. Name changes and amendments are not permitted after ticketing.
Final travel documents are expected within 10 days of departure and will be delivered by courier to your registered address.
Passport and entry.
Your passport must be valid until at least 17 March 2027 and contain at least two blank pages.
Your registration details must match your passport exactly.
South African passport holders do not require a tourist visa for a short stay. All travellers must complete the Thailand Digital Arrival Card before arrival.
